We had a pleasant stay with our kids. The hotel offered a great breakfast that even pleased our picky eater. The staff went above and beyond, bringing us an apple when our child wouldn’t eat anything else, which made all the difference!
My wife says that having one lounge chair in our room wasn’t great for our family, as it felt a bit insufficient for relaxing together.

Pretty chill stay
I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the vibe! The staff were super chill and the room felt cozy. I had a wedge salad at the bar, but honestly, skip that one. The snacks at the lounge were great, but at night I had some rowdy neighbors that kinda ruined the peace. Still, overall a nice place!

Comfortable stay with vendor-friendly services
I enjoyed my visit, particularly the scenic lakeside views and the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site. The digital key feature was a nice modern touch, but it was frustrating to learn I still needed a physical key for elevator access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I wish the hotel had better communication regarding room access.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was divine, featuring a fantastic omelet bar that made my mornings so much brighter. And can we talk about the lakeside walk path? Business travelers, beware of the hidden policies
So, I checked into this joint, and the lobby was nice-a good first impression. The room was clean and that was a relief. Had a decent meal at the bar, but the portion sizes were ridiculous, I mean I’m not a pig, y’know?
Certainly not cheap, but I guess it was manageable.

I had a nice experience at this Hilton in Charlotte. The location was perfect for my stay, close to everything I needed. The room had a great layout, spacious with comfy beds. I really appreciated the breakfast buffet. it had a good variety of fresh items. The staff kept things friendly and efficient, especially during check-in. Unfortunately, I did have some issues with room maintenance. The sink drained slowly, which was a bit annoying, but I mentioned it, and they sent someone up quickly. The elevators felt overcrowded during peak hours, and some areas around the hotel could use better upkeep. The atmosphere was nice, yet I could tell it needed some small renovations in places. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, but a few updates would really enhance the visit.
